Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website, not a bus company. It connects trip planners to a wide network of transportation providers serving Manhattan and the surrounding metro — so instead of calling five different companies, describing your trip five different times, and waiting on callbacks that never quite match up, you fill out one form and see pricing and vehicle options fast.
The site covers every occasion that moves a group through Manhattan: sporting events at Madison Square Garden, wedding shuttles from Midtown hotels down to Battery Park venues, prom nights, corporate event transfers, concert runs to Radio City, pub crawls through the East Village, and airport pickups at JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark. Whatever the occasion and whatever the group size, Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com puts the options in front of you — party buses, minibuses, charter buses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos — so you can find what actually fits. Call 551-387-3960 any time or use the online quote tool to get pricing in about a minute.

Common Manhattan Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter wrap seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar setup. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus trades the nightlife setup for reclining seats, overhead storage, and climate control — a cleaner fit for corporate shuttles, wedding guest transfers between a Midtown hotel block and a Brooklyn venue, or school field trips where a quieter cabin matters. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which makes a real difference on longer hauls from Manhattan out to the Meadowlands or up to a Hudson Valley event.
Amenities vary by vehicle, and the quick quote form lets you filter by what you actually need.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

Compare Prices on Manhattan Party Buses
Manhattan is one of the hardest cities in the country to move a group through — and that's not an exaggeration. The Midtown Tunnel backs up on any given Tuesday. Street parking near MSG is essentially fiction.
Rideshare surge pricing at 11pm on a Saturday in Hell's Kitchen can double what you budgeted. And splitting a group of 30 into individual cars means someone always arrives late, someone always gets lost, and you spend half the night tracking people down instead of actually being at the event.
Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com exists specifically to take that coordination off your plate. One form, one call to 551-387-3960, and you're comparing vehicles and pricing from providers that know how Manhattan works — where buses can stage near MSG, which approach roads close on concert nights, and how to sequence pickups across a hotel block without burning an hour. You're not limited to a single fleet.
You see options from multiple providers side by side. That's the whole point.

Party Bus & Charter Bus Services Available in Manhattan
Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com covers the full range of group transportation occasions in Manhattan — from airport runs and prom nights to stadium shuttles and multi-stop pub crawls. Here's how buses serve each type of trip, including the local logistics that actually change your plan.

Manhattan Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Manhattan sits equidistant from three major airports, and each one has its own transit math. JFK is roughly 20 miles from Midtown — manageable in 35 minutes at 6am, a full hour or more in afternoon traffic on the Van Wyck. LaGuardia is closest in miles but sits at the end of the BQE and the Grand Central Parkway, two roads famous for turning a 9-mile drive into 70 minutes with no warning.
Newark Liberty (EWR) is just across the Hudson — fast when the New Jersey Turnpike cooperates, brutal when it doesn't. Read the full breakdown of Newark Liberty airport ground logistics before you plan your pickup.
For a group arriving together — a corporate delegation, a wedding party flying in from three different cities, a school team heading home — a charter bus or minibus that meets everyone at one arrivals curb is dramatically simpler than coordinating multiple rideshares across three terminals. Call 551-387-3960 to confirm pickup logistics for your specific airport and terminal before the trip.

Manhattan Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Manhattan bachelorette night can cover serious ground — rooftop cocktails at PHD Rooftop at Dream Midtown (210 W 55th St), dinner in the Meatpacking District, a stop at 1 Oak (453 W 17th St) or Provocateur at the Hotel Gansevoort, then late-night at a Lower East Side bar before the group figures out how to get home from Delancey Street at 2am. That last part is always where the night falls apart when there's no bus.
A Manhattan bachelorette party bus rental keeps the group moving on the itinerary you planned — not the one Uber's surge pricing allows. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a sound system turns the ride between stops into part of the evening. Weekend rates for a 20-passenger party bus run $275–$350/hour.
Call 551-387-3960 to lock in your date before the weekend books out.

Manhattan Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A 16th birthday or quinceañera in Manhattan often means a ceremony or reception venue in the Bronx or upper Manhattan, a hotel block in Midtown, and guests spread across all five boroughs — which makes getting everyone to the venue at the same time a real coordination challenge. A party bus turns that logistics problem into a highlight of the day.
For milestone birthdays and celebrations, a 40-passenger party bus or 50-passenger party bus with custom lighting and a premium sound system makes the arrival its own moment. Adult milestone birthdays heading to a rooftop venue in Hudson Yards or a dinner-and-dancing spot in the Flatiron District can use the same setup with a smaller headcount — a 25-passenger party bus fits most celebration groups comfortably. Compare options through Manhattan birthday party bus rentals or call 551-387-3960 for instant pricing.

Manhattan Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Radio City Music Hall (1260 Avenue of the Americas) sits in the middle of Rockefeller Center — surrounded by Midtown density, with no bus staging directly in front and street parking that disappears on event nights. Madison Square Garden (4 Pennsylvania Plaza) is built above Penn Station, and while the location is transit-accessible, post-show rideshare demand on 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue routinely backs up 30–45 minutes on sellout nights. The Beacon Theatre (2124 Broadway) on the Upper West Side draws large crowds to a narrow commercial strip where cabs and rideshares compete for the same stretch of curb at 11pm.
A party bus or charter bus through Manhattan concert transportation options lets your group leave when the show ends — not when a rideshare finally accepts the surge. The bus stages nearby and picks your group up at a pre-confirmed spot, so the whole group moves together. Check the MSG group transportation guide for venue-specific drop-off and staging details before your show date.

Manhattan Corporate Event Transportation
Manhattan corporate shuttles cover a wide range of scenarios: morning runs from Jersey City or Hoboken hotels to a Midtown conference, multi-stop executive transfers between financial district offices and evening dinner venues, and fleet shuttles for company events at spaces like Pier 60 at Chelsea Piers (Pier 60, Hudson River Park) or the Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th St).
Chelsea Piers sits along the Hudson with a dedicated commercial vehicle approach from the West Side Highway — buses enter the complex from the Pier 60 driveway, and the loading zone allows staging while guests are inside. For financial district transfers between 1 World Trade and Midtown offices, a minibus handles the narrow FDR approach better than a full 56-foot coach. A Jersey City corporate event charter bus quote takes about a minute online.
Call 551-387-3960 to talk through the right vehicle size for your headcount and route.

Manhattan Private Event Transportation Services
The New York City Marathon (first Sunday in November) sends roughly 50,000 runners through all five boroughs and closes major crosstown corridors, the FDR Drive, and bridges for most of the morning — groups trying to move across Manhattan on marathon day without a pre-planned bus are essentially stranded. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade closes Central Park West and every west-side crosstown street from 59th to 79th. New Year's Eve in Times Square closes Midtown's core grid by early evening, and rideshare pricing during ball drop is historically extreme.
For any private event during these windows — a company party, a family reunion weekend, a holiday dinner — a pre-arranged Manhattan private event charter bus is the most reliable way to keep the group moving on your timeline instead of the city's. Book 3–4 months ahead for any trip that overlaps with a major NYC event. Call 551-387-3960 to check availability for your date.

Manhattan Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
New York City high schools hold prom season in late May and early June, and Manhattan-area demand for party buses spikes across a six-week window when schools from the Upper East Side to the Financial District all compete for the same dates. Popular prom destinations include venues in the Hudson Valley and on Long Island — round trips that run 4–6 hours and fill up fast.
For prom in Manhattan: book by January. Waiting until March or April typically means either premium last-minute pricing or no availability in the vehicle size you want. A Manhattan prom party bus rental booked early locks in a better rate and improves your odds of getting the vehicle size you want on the night that matters.
Call 551-387-3960 now and confirm your date before the calendar fills.

Manhattan School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Manhattan school field trips move through some of the most logistically demanding drop-off zones in the country. The American Museum of Natural History (Central Park West & 79th St) has a dedicated bus lane on 77th Street on the museum's north side — buses drop at the 77th Street entrance and stage on the side street while the group is inside. The Metropolitan Museum of Art (1000 5th Ave) accepts bus drop-offs on 5th Avenue in front of the main steps, with staging available on East 80th and East 82nd Streets.
For Manhattan school event bus rentals, a charter bus with overhead storage handles the backpacks, lunchboxes, and equipment that inevitably come on a school day trip. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 551-387-3960 to confirm the right bus size for your student headcount.

Manhattan Sporting Event Transportation
Madison Square Garden is the easiest sports venue in Manhattan to reach by bus and the hardest to leave by car. The arena sits at 33rd and 7th Avenue — directly above Penn Station — and while Amtrak and LIRR make arrival easy, post-game traffic on 7th and 8th Avenues routinely gridlocks for 45 minutes after the final buzzer. Read the full guide to renting a bus to MSG before your game date to understand drop-off zones and post-event staging.
Yankees games at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx mean a trip up the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) — straightforward on a Tuesday, slow and unpredictable on a sold-out Saturday afternoon. The Yankee Stadium bus rental guide covers the River Avenue approach and bus lot logistics. For Mets games at Citi Field in Queens, see the Citi Field group transportation guide.
A Manhattan sporting event charter bus keeps the whole group on one departure plan instead of scattering across the subway lines at midnight. Call 551-387-3960 to get pricing for your game date.

Manhattan Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Manhattan weddings frequently split across multiple boroughs — a ceremony at a Midtown venue like the Rainbow Room (30 Rockefeller Plaza, 65th floor) and a reception at a Brooklyn waterfront space like the Liberty Warehouse (260 Conover St, Red Hook), with a hotel block in Midtown and guests arriving from JFK and Newark the night before. That's three or four separate transportation legs, and asking guests to manage any of them on their own on a Saturday night in New York City is how people miss the ceremony.
A Manhattan wedding shuttle bus rental sequences all of it — hotel pickup, ceremony drop-off, venue-to-venue transfer, end-of-night return — so your guests arrive when they're supposed to and you're not coordinating rideshares from the altar. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the wedding party itself; a minibus covers the guest hotel shuttle circuit. Call 551-387-3960 to build the right vehicle package for your full wedding weekend.

Manhattan Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Hudson Valley wine country runs roughly 60–90 miles north of Manhattan — Brotherhood Winery in Washingtonville, Millbrook Vineyards in Dutchess County, and Benmarl Winery in Marlboro are all within a 90-minute charter bus ride from Midtown. Round-trip from Manhattan to the Hudson Valley for a group wine tour typically runs a full day. A charter bus with reclining seats and a PA system turns the drive each way into part of the experience rather than a logistics headache.
For in-city pub crawls through the East Village, Hell's Kitchen, or the West Village bar corridor, a party bus stages at each stop and picks the group up when you're ready — no one needs to manage the next Uber from a loud bar. A Manhattan winery tour and pub crawl bus rental keeps the itinerary on track from the first stop to the last. Call 551-387-3960 to get a quote for your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Manhattan Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com?
Jerseycitypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. It lets you compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans serving Manhattan through one quick form — so you can see pricing and vehicle options from multiple providers in one place, without calling company after company.

The whole process takes about a minute to get started.
How much does a party bus cost in Manhattan?
Manhattan party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, day of the week, and trip length. As a general planning range: a 15-passenger party bus runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends; and a full-size charter bus runs $200–$350/hour. Actual pricing for your specific date and itinerary comes through the quote form or by calling 551-387-3960 — you'll have pricing in about a minute.
Visit the party bus prices page for the full vehicle breakdown.
Can a charter bus drop off directly at Madison Square Garden?
Yes, with some coordination. MSG sits at 4 Pennsylvania Plaza — 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets — and commercial vehicles typically drop off on 33rd or 31st Street rather than directly on 7th Avenue during event nights. Post-show pickup is where the planning matters: 7th and 8th Avenues gridlock after sellout events, so confirming a staging location and pickup window with your transportation provider before the show saves a lot of standing around outside after the final buzzer.
The full MSG bus rental guide covers this in detail.
Which airport is easiest to shuttle a group to from Manhattan?
Newark Liberty (EWR) is often the fastest option for groups leaving from Midtown or the west side — the Lincoln Tunnel puts you on the New Jersey Turnpike quickly, and the overall drive time is competitive with JFK even though EWR is across state lines. LaGuardia is closest in miles but sits at the end of the Grand Central Parkway and the BQE, two of the most congested approach roads in the metro. JFK is the best choice for groups flying internationally — the extra distance is offset by its superior terminal layout for large groups.
The Newark airport shuttle guide covers EWR ground logistics in full.
How does transportation work for a Yankees or Mets game?
For Yankees games, a charter bus heads north on the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) and approaches Yankee Stadium via River Avenue — the stadium's commercial vehicle approach on the west side of the complex. For Mets games, the route from Manhattan runs through Queens via the Long Island Expressway or the Grand Central Parkway to Citi Field. Both venues have post-game traffic situations that take a lot longer to clear when you're in a personal vehicle or waiting on rideshare than when the bus is already staged and ready to go.
Full details are in the Yankee Stadium and Citi Field guides.
What's the right bus size for a Manhattan group of 20 people?
A 20-passenger party bus fits exactly, but if anyone in the group is bringing a bag or there's any flexibility in the headcount, a 25-passenger party bus gives you breathing room. For a daytime corporate transfer or a wedding shuttle where comfort matters more than a party setup, a minibus in the 20–25 seat range is often the cleaner fit. Call 551-387-3960 and a live agent can help you match the vehicle to what you're actually doing.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Manhattan trips, booking 4–8 weeks ahead gives you the best selection and rate. For peak-demand dates — New Year's Eve, the NYC Marathon weekend (first Sunday in November), prom season (May–June), and major concert nights at MSG or Radio City — book 3–4 months out. Last-minute bookings during these windows often mean limited vehicle options and higher pricing.
For prom specifically: book by January. Call 551-387-3960 to check availability for your date right now.
Popular Manhattan Party Bus Destinations
Manhattan has no shortage of destinations that move large groups — and most of them come with parking situations, post-event traffic, or drop-off logistics that catch first-timers off guard. Here are six of the most common group transportation destinations in Manhattan, along with the ground-level details that actually matter for your trip.

Madison Square Garden
Madison Square Garden (4 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, NY 10001) is the anchor of Midtown's West Side — home to the Knicks, the Rangers, and a year-round concert calendar that routinely sells out its 20,000-seat capacity. The venue sits above Penn Station at 7th Avenue and 33rd Street, which makes it subway-accessible but car-and-bus-difficult on event nights. 7th and 8th Avenues back up in both directions after sellout events, and rideshare surge pricing on that stretch peaks between 10:30pm and midnight. Commercial bus drop-off runs on 31st or 33rd Street off 7th Avenue; plan your post-show pickup point before you arrive, not after.
The full MSG bus rental guide covers approach roads and staging locations. Phone: (212) 465-6741.

Radio City Music Hall
Radio City Music Hall (1260 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020) holds nearly 6,000 seats and sits at the corner of 6th Avenue and 50th Street in the heart of Rockefeller Center — one of the most congested blocks in Midtown on any given evening. The venue draws large groups for the Christmas Spectacular (October through January), touring artists, and corporate events. There is no bus staging lane directly on 6th Avenue at 50th; commercial vehicles typically approach from 49th or 51st Street.
Post-show, the 49th Street and 50th Street subway stations are accessible from the corner, but for groups moving together, a bus staged on a cross street is far more practical than managing 30 people through a packed Rockefeller Center plaza. Phone: (212) 247-4777.

Yankee Stadium
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) sits in the South Bronx just off the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) and draws about 46,500 fans per game during the MLB season (April–October), plus playoff and postseason traffic that can turn the Deegan into a parking lot for miles. The commercial vehicle approach runs along River Avenue on the stadium's west side, where bus drop-off is accessible near Gate 6. Post-game, the 161st Street–Yankee Stadium subway stop (B and D trains) is one option, but for groups moving together back to Manhattan, a charter bus staged on River Avenue is already there when you walk out.
Read the complete Yankee Stadium bus rental guide before your game date. Phone: (718) 293-4300.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art
The Metropolitan Museum of Art (1000 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10028) spans four city blocks along Central Park's eastern edge on the Upper East Side, with primary public access from the main 5th Avenue entrance at 82nd Street. Bus and commercial vehicle drop-off occurs on 5th Avenue in front of the main steps — a single curbside lane that moves quickly during general hours but can back up on busy Saturday and Sunday afternoons when multiple tour groups arrive simultaneously. Buses stage on East 80th and East 82nd Street while groups are inside.
Admission for adults is $30; for New York City students, it's free. School groups use a separate group entrance coordinated through the museum's educational programs department. General museum hours run Sunday through Thursday 10am–5pm and Friday–Saturday 10am–9pm.
Phone: (212) 535-7710.

Barclays Center
Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217) sits at the Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center transit hub in Downtown Brooklyn — one of the most transit-connected arenas in the country, served by 11 subway lines and the LIRR. For groups coming from Manhattan, that accessibility cuts both ways: the arena is easy to reach by train, and post-event rideshare demand on Atlantic Avenue and Flatbush Avenue surges exactly because everyone has the same idea at the same time. Commercial bus drop-off uses the Atlantic Avenue frontage; the full Barclays Center bus guide covers approach routes and staging.
Brooklyn Nets games, concerts, and UFC events all draw large Manhattan-based groups — a charter bus or minibus keeps the whole group on one return trip. Phone: (917) 618-6100.

Pier 17 at the Seaport District
Pier 17 (89 South St, New York, NY 10038) is a rooftop concert and event venue in the Seaport District at the southern tip of Manhattan — with capacity for around 3,500 on the rooftop stage and a year-round calendar of concerts, private events, and seasonal markets. The Seaport sits at the end of the FDR Drive's southbound run, and while the location is scenic, parking in the area is genuinely scarce: the closest garage options are several blocks north on Fulton Street, and post-show rideshare pickup from the Pier 17 waterfront creates a bottleneck on Fulton and Water Streets. A bus staged on Beekman Street or Fulton Street while the group is inside means you walk out and ride home, instead of standing on the waterfront waiting for a surge-priced car to navigate a one-way grid it's never met before.
Phone: (212) 732-8257.
